We began our journey in 2011 with The Green Project, inspired by the idea of offering our guests products that our family had been cultivating and producing for generations. Our dedication to quality and tradition quickly earned us the Aegean Cuisine certification, making us a must-visit destination for island visitors.

 

In 2018, fueled by our supporters and our own drive for innovation, we expanded our venture by introducing The Beach Project. This beach bar, enriched by the reputation of The Green Project, has carved out its own niche with a delightful blend of tropical and traditional menu items and a distinctive style.
